Short-Term Running Goals:
Get back to 3rd fastest from Bingham by the end of track season.
Started to feel a little better today and washing to go for a short run, but I got really busy and wasn't able to.
Still felt sick
Got sick and wasn't felling well enough to run
Didn't run because hip was really sore still from the snowboarding accident.
Didn't run the full twelve because I crashed snowboarding and hurt my hip
